Reevo Gifts & Redemption Policy

This document explains how Coins, gifts, and redemptions work on Reevo. By using Reevo and participating in gifting or redemption, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Coins & Gifts
· Coins are Reevo’s in-app virtual currency.
· Coins can be purchased through Reevo and used to send gifts to other users during streams or on posted clips.
· Gifts are a way to show appreciation and support. They do not represent real money to the sender once purchased.
2. Redemption by Creators
· Users who receive gifts can redeem them for money, subject to the rules below.
· Wallet Balance: The number of Coins shown in your wallet is not net of platform fees. When you redeem, a 30% fee will be deducted from the total.
· Minimum Redemption: You must have at least 1,000 Coins in your account before requesting a redemption.
· KYC Verification: All redemptions must be processed through the payout method selected in your KYC (Know Your Customer) settings. Your account must be verified before payouts can be completed.
3. Payouts & Processing Times
· Once a redemption request is submitted, payouts are made through the payment method in your KYC profile.
· For redemption amounts below USD $500, payouts are usually processed within a standard timeframe (e.g., a few business days).
· For redemption amounts USD $500 or higher, processing may take 2–4 weeks.
· Reevo may delay or withhold payouts if there are investigations into fraud, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Use.
4. Refunds & Finality
· All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
· Once Coins are gifted to another user, they cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred back.
5. Taxes & Compliance
· Users are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on redeemed earnings in accordance with the laws of their country.
· Reevo may provide payout records to comply with legal or regulatory obligations in Kuwait and other jurisdictions.
6. Misuse & Violations
· Attempting to manipulate the gifting or redemption system (e.g., self-gifting, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse) is strictly prohibited.
· Reevo reserves the right to withhold or cancel redemptions and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities.
7. Updates to This Policy
Reevo may update this Gifts & Redemption Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
